vlibMon Premier Vélib’ et  ma première garde-à-vue : Vendredi soir, 3 heures du matin, après plusieurs bières en terrasse de café avec deux amis. On décide de changer de quartier, alors pourquoi pas tenter enfin le Vélib ? Arrivés à destination, dans la crainte de la fin fatidique des 30 minutes, quelqu’un nous indique la borne la plus proche : à 15 mètres du commissariat. Erreur fatale : nous passons sur le trottoir devant le commissariat. Les plantons n’ont qu’à tendre le bras pour nous arrêter. Et là, Kafka entre en scène : alcootest, mise à nu pour la fouille, passage par l’hôpital et les yeux écarquillés du personnel soignant : certes nous avons bu, mais nous tenons l’alcool et sommes totalement cohérents et lucides. « Conduite de Vélib en état d’ivresse », du jamais vu. Retour dans une cellule miteuse. Mon ami quant à lui a la chance d’effectuer un petit voyage menotté au commissariat d’un arrondissement voisin, histoire de changer d’air. Jean découpé, pour sa « propre sécurité »… mon ami se croit à Guantanamo et en plaisante avec les policiers. Six heures plus tard, l’OPJ arrive et hallucine : il n’a jamais vu quelqu’un en garde à vue pour « conduite de Vélib’ en état d’ivresse ». Dixit : « alors là, on touche le fond ». Venons-en aux chiffres, puisqu’il faut en faire à tout prix : trois hommes et une camionnette mobilisés pendant une heure, deux OPJ obligés de passer une matinée à régler malgré eux cette terrible affaire, un dossier qui coûtera plus de deux mille euros à l’Etat. A qui profite le crime ? Les policiers ayant refusé de poser les vélos à la borne (à 15 mètres !), le compteur tourne et nous en sommes déjà à environ 50 euros chacun. Sans compter l’amende qui nous attend… 10 heures plus tard, nous sortons enfin du commissariat, épuisés, puants, avec l’impression de sortir tout droit de Midnight Express. Ah ! Paris ! C’est la Véliberté !

La tondeuse à gazon est tombée en panne, ma femme n'arrêtait pas de me demander de la réparer.Mais, j'avais toujours autre chose à faire : ma voiture, la pêche, les copains... Un jour, pour me culpabiliser, je l'ai trouvée assise sur la pelouse occupée à couper l'herbe avec des petits ciseaux de couture. J'ai alors pris une brosse à dents et je lui ai dit : Quand tu auras fini de couper la pelouse, tu pourras balayer l'entrée? C'est là que la dispute a commencé ...

permisCours de révision avant l'examen du permis : On est en dehors du véhicule, il faut montrer comment vérifier l'usure des pneus. Seulement la roue est dans l'axe de la voiture, on ne voit pas très bien. Je demande à l'élève de tourner les roues, elle s'accroupit, et tire la roue avec les bras...

Vendredi, gare St Lazare. Je suis seul et j'attends dans le hall. "La personne qui a laissé une valise grise quai 23 est priée de venir la récupérer !" Je regarde où je suis. Ah je suis face au quai 23 ! J'observe. Personne ne semble venir chercher la valise. 5 minutes se passent. "La personne ayant laissé une valise grise quai 23 est priée de venir la récupérer !" Toujours pas de réponse. Les gens autour de moi ne semblent pas préoccupés. Oh les gens, on est à côté du quai 23 ! La police arrive et sécurise le quai 23. Deux jeunes discutent à côté de moi quand soudain, dans une langue que je ne maîtrise pas, ils s'exclament $£##$@. Ils se tournent et courent vers le quai 23. La police les arrêtes, ils discutent. Je comprend que la valise grise est à eux. Mais que vois-je face à moi, une grosse valise noire laissée seule. Et devinez à qui elle appartient, aux propriétaires de la valise grise. Ma courte vie défile devant moi. Et si la valise grise était un leurre et que la grosse valise noire était la vraie bombe ? Non c'est trop gros pour une bombe, à la limite il y a un cadavre dedans mais pas une bombe. Après un contrôle d'identités les deux terroristes reviennent. Soulagé et toujours en vie, je bois une bière française. Mon train arrive. Put*** j'ai failli y rester.

thomasA propos du mensonge et de saint Thomas d’Aquin, on raconte une anecdote. Un jour, un frère se précipite vers Saint Thomas d'Aquin et lui dit : "Vite mon père! venez voir, là dehors! Il y a un boeuf qui vole." Saint Thomas que l’on surnommera le « bœuf muet de Sicile » se lève rapidement malgré sa corpulence et se penche à la fenêtre ; bien entendu ses étudiants se moquent de lui. Il se rassit calmement, reprend place sur son siège et dit au frère : "Je peux croire plus facilement qu’un boeuf vole plutôt qu’un de mes frères puisse me mentir."
